My goal going into this project was to improve my practice in general and also be able to do certain difficult poses that take a lot of practice to accomplish. I can do a handstand regularly, but i'd like to be able to kick up to one from either downward dog or standing split and hold it for longer than 2 seconds. While i'm practicing that, Joni is also showing me how to do a headstand and she's working on her forearm balance from dolphin pose. Whenever there isn't a class going on in the smaller flow studio, we'll go in there and practice our inversions. Sometimes if one of the teachers is hanging around the studio and has time, she'll come help us correct certain movements to help hold these poses easier.
Very impressive! I wouldn't be able to do any of those poses. Are you going to be teaching any of the classes?
