Day 10
We made it! After the ap calculus test we ran back to the restaurant and we were able to work in the back, with food! Well, I was working on dishwasher, but I at least was able to see food being made. Cleaning dishes was nothing too bad. Alex, the dishwasher there showed me the key to success, and that was to take your time. Never hurry things, always go slow or there will be nothing to do at all. So I took my time, took trash out, cleaned pans, had fun, and was able to get a new apron! The next day Ron (the head chef) told us that we will be handling food. So it seems that things are getting much better than week one!
