Day 3

As the next few days rolled around, I was becoming slightly tired of working up front.  My main goal from the project is the learn how to cook, and as of now there was no hands on experience with any food other than a loaf of bread.  The one thing I looked forward to was when one of the chefs mess up a meal and give it to the servers, in which case we all attack that plate.  Other than not wanting to walk around the restaurant to clean tables, I started to take food to guests.  From day one everything is still the same, nothing has changed other than meeting some new servers.  I did get the entire bus boy job under wraps though, and I no longer need Florian looking over my shoulder.
