Day 11

I burned myself today.  I was getting lava cakes out of the oven and they all felt like shifting to the edge of the pan, and the very hot pan burned my arm.  It looks bad, but fortunately it didn't bother me to much.  I did get a round of applause from a few of the chefs, they said that I am now an official cook.  Well, after that incident I stuck to carrying things out of the freezer.  Antwon, a chef, had me cutting tomatoes, bread, potatoes, making some sandwiches, and making coleslaw.  It was a much better day than the other days and tomorrow I will be prepping food which means more of a hands on experience with food.
